Dear EmiSwap community, we have great news for you today: we’ve just signed a partnership with Xeno Holdings — an innovative NFT-centered project built on PolkaDot. We plan to issue new NFTs together, co-create content, and more.
While working on NFT Magic Cards, we have accumulated a lot of valuable expertise concerning non-fungible tokens and how to use them in the DeFi context. Now that the Magic Cards are ready for use, it is time that we collaborate with other major projects in this field to build new and exciting products together and exchange knowledge.
That’s why we are so excited about our upcoming partnership with Xeno — a blockchain solutions company based in Hong Kong. Their platform, called Xeno NFT Hub, is built on Polkadot — a highly scalable architecture that allows different blockchains to communicate with each other.
Sharing NFT expertise
As you know, our decentralized exchange, EmiSwap, and Magic Cards use Ethereum as the best-tested codebase for DeFi and NFTs. However, we also realize that in the future interoperability solutions like Polkadot may come to play a decisive role. So we are eager to both learn from Xeno’s experience and to share our own insights, especially in what concerns the NFT marketplaces.

Co-branded NFT assets
Perhaps the most interesting part of our collaboration with Xeno for you as a user are the co-branded NFTs. Together with Xeno Holdings, we will release exclusive Magic Card collections: you will be able to farm them on EmiSwap, just like our Magic Cards, but they will offer some very special bonuses — in addition to a unique design, of course. We are still working on the details, and we will keep you posted on the progress.
Content creation
We will also collaborate with Xeno Hub on content creation, primarily for the South Korean market. We’ll produce videos and articles to promote both our platforms, Magic Cards, and NFTs as a whole. Non-fungible tokens initially gained popularity in Asia, and projects like CryptoKitties owe a lot to the Korean and Japanese aesthetics of manga animation, Pokemons, and emojis.
We expect that NFT Magic Cards will attract a lot of interest in Korea, too, and since Xeno is based in Hong Kong, we’ll be able to benefit from their network of media partners there.
