Your Experience and Education:
- Experience in blockchain/crypto;
- Experience in effectively managing a remote team;
- Experience holding conferences, meetups, and events as a moderator;
- Professional knowledge of Russian and English;
- Portfolio of completed projects;
- Ability to manage various priorities and deadlines;
- Personal interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, IT, or FinTech.
Your Commitments & Responsibilities:
- Drawing up project plans, communicating and managing customer expectations;
- Prioritization of tasks;
- Coordination, setting, and control of tasks (BaseCamp);
- Resolving incoming requests;
- Building business communication between different departments (marketing, IT,…);
- Creating proposals for the functional development of the platform;
- Initial checking of the results;
- Reporting to customers on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;
- Weekly reporting on completed tasks to the head.
Valuable Final Product:
- Finished project/product delivered on time and within the agreed budget;
- Appropriate implementation of all tasks within the project;
- Built processes for project management;
- Structured documentation of the process.
Top Skills & Abilities:
- English language level C1 plus;
- Understanding market terms such as CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Metamask, DeFi;
- Ability to analyze information and convert business requirements into understandable and non-contradictory technical assignments;
- Conscientiousness and responsible communication skills;
- Ability to handle stress plus a fast-moving environment;
- Ability to resolve conflicts or disputes;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Focus on quality and attention to detail
- Focus on tasks and follow plans.
