We are on the hunt for an experienced and devoted wunderkind Head of Community(RU/EN) who can oversee our community managers globally and empower community growth.
Why are your ultimate goals and responsibilities?
- Search, create and coordinate the work of both internal and external community managers;
- Participation in corporate meetings, followed by task translation and decomposition for your team;
- Developing, implementing, and automating a system for responding to community requests;
- Community, group, and tool selection to draw community members;
- Budgeting and forecasting the effectiveness of audience engagement tools;
- Updates to the knowledge base and FAQs;
- Monitoring brand mentions on forums and social media and handling criticism;
- Acquiring and reviewing feedback from members of the community.
What distinguishes you?
- Worked as Head of Community Management for at least 6 months;
- Thorough experience in launching bounty campaigns;
- Functional experience in cryptocurrency or fintech projects;
- Experience in bot development is preferred;
- Languages: Spoken and written English(C1) + Russian;
- Capacity to handle objections and negative feedback
- Project management skills.
